The pkg/actionpins daily function-namer review flagged getActionPin as misleading: it returns a formatted pin reference string, not an ActionPin struct. This change aligns the private helper name with its actual behavior to reduce ambiguity for maintainers and code-searching agents.

  • Rename for semantic clarity

    • getActionPin(repo string) string → getLatestActionPinReference(repo string) string
    • Updated the function comment to match the new name and intent.

  • Update internal call sites

    • Replaced all getActionPin(...) usages in ResolveLatestActionPin(...) with getLatestActionPinReference(...).
    • No logic changes; behavior remains the same.

  • Why this matters for this package

    • Public API already has GetActionPinByRepo(...) returning an ActionPin; this private helper now clearly communicates that it returns a formatted reference string (repo@sha # version) instead of a struct.
