### `RetryInterceptor::intercept` takes `RetryEvent`

`RetryInterceptor::intercept` now receives a single `RetryEvent<'_>` argument instead of `(&Error, Duration)`. The event carries the operation being retried and a 1-based retry attempt counter, and is `#[non_exhaustive]` so future fields can be added without another break.
