Adds Naruhodo to the Chrome Browser Extensions section.

Naruhodo is a free Chrome extension for Japanese reading assistance. Key features:

  • Furigana on any Japanese webpage
  • Hover dictionary with full JMdict (215K entries)
  • 694 grammar pattern labels (N5–N1)
  • Conjugation chain breakdown
  • JLPT-adaptive furigana (skip words you already know)

Due to the prevalence of browser extensions embedding backdoors or other malicious code, I require additional scrutiny for first-time contributors. Would you be willing to fully disclose the source code so I can verify there is no malicious intent? Without a completed security review, we won't be able to approve this submission.
