Description
This PR adds a reference to the officially maintained Hashgraph Online Agent Tools for resolving decentralized Universal Agent IDs (HCS-14) on the Hedera network using the
langchaingoframework.Since the adapter is maintained externally, we simply added a markdown page connecting users to the tool as opposed to embedding it directly in the core repository to avoid bloating dependencies.
