fix: Upgrade mongo internal and memory handling to Mong driver V2

Introduced a new option to allow users to inject a custom MongoDB client (WithDataBaseClient). Updated existing logic to handle cases where a client is provided instead of generating a new one. Modified imports to use the updated v2 MongoDB driver package.
