Updates FullCalendar, which now uses Temporal on the backend. Slight style changes, but tried to keep it as close to before as I could. Shouldn't be merged until v7 is out of beta.
Resolves #312 and #217. Also of note is that schedule looks better when printing, so we can also consider making a PR for #73 sometime soon.
