Added QuamMacro for CR and CZ - Added classes for flux tunable cross drive transmon pair

The modifications include:

• added QuamMacro for

  • Cross Resonance for fixed frequency transmons (and possibly also for flux tunable transmons)
  • Cz for flux tunable transmons

• added classes for flux-tunable cross-drive transmon pair

  • objective: be able to drive cross resonance and zz drive using flux tunable transmons
  • classes:
    • under qpu: FluxTunableCrossDriveQuam
    • under qubit_pair: FluxTunableCrossDriveTransmonPair

• fixed for upconverter_frequency property under XYDriveMW.

  • removed method override of the super class (MWChannel)
