Tested - fixed a few bugs - working now. I verified that it can be installed as a Chrome app, and it works well.

Allowing the web app to be progressive, using standard QM logo as icon, should be tested in all platforms (Linux , Mac & Windows).
Basically allowing a user to have a desktop-feel app , including desktop shortcut.
Please review, some of the items in the commit are optional, (tools and so on), 100% to pull only the minimal part.
