This CL introduces support for visualizing un-optimized HLO in 3P XProf graph viewers. The implementation extends the metadata schema with kOriginalHloProto and updates MetadataXPlaneBuilder and HloProtoMap to parse and serialize the original HLO variant correctly while avoiding ID collisions.
