Adds NZBDrone support with support for: Anime History(snatched and downloaded) Calendar with Missed episodes All Shows Searching and adding to library
Removed messages that output to terminal that existed for testing purposes
Fixed date formatting when hours/minutes were under double digits
Allows users to search for all episodes in a series by clicking the search icon on the particular series on "all"
Changed name of NZBDrone to "Manager - NZBDrone" to reflect standard naming scheme.
Corrected issue where certain characters would cause searches to fail.
"All" now shows all series in alphabetical order "Calendar" now shows each category in order of airing
Corrects images displaying if nzbdrone is on another computer than Maraschino, but on the same LAN.
Fixes bug in calendar where NZBDrone would return not authorized, causing a 500 server error in maraschino.
Fixes adding series with multiple results, previously it would add using the parameters from the first entry.

Nzbdrone has grown so popular we simply need an option to add it to Maraschino! |

Changes to fix when maraschino pulls back series with no overview at all or no posters.
