This PR improves the "Tested Clients" section of the README in two ways: it adds hyperlinks to most of the existing clients and appends a new client, caldav-tasks, a cross-platform CalDAV desktop app focused on task (VTODO) management.
Changes:
- Adds hyperlinks to the majority of existing tested clients in the README.
- Adds platform annotations (e.g., "(Android)", "(Linux)", "(macOS, Linux, Windows)") to existing client entries.

Hi! Thank you for making RustiCal :) Perhaps the best CalDAV server to exist ever to date.
I'd like to add my client, Chiri, to the README's "Tested Clients" section.
It's a cross-platform CalDAV desktop app featured around task management / VTODO events.
It's still in alpha, but I use it everyday paired with the RustiCal server to get things done.
I also added links to existing clients as well as what platforms they support.
