The Pull Request updates all references to the pg_repack version from 1.5.2 to 1.5.3 throughout the project, including documentation, scripts, and configuration files. Updated the pg_repack version in the README.md file (examples and version table). Modified Docker build commands in docker.md to use pg_repack version 1.5.3. Updated the install_pg_repack.sh script to download and install pg_repack version 1.5.3.
