After updating the versions. The admin service has not been working according to blog instructions. It may require some refactoring.

There were big differences between the Client Code from version 1.8 to 3.4. The entire example may require a rewrite. How should we go about this?

The Debezium upgrade is no longer required after this #404. However,here @SaidiBTW also updated the Quarkus version and several other dependencies. Therefore, we should proceed with a refactoring to ensure the auditlog example works correctly with all the updated dependencies.
