refactor(cspell): not ignoring some parts of the codebase

Proposed changes

Removed paths for migration and mcp-server documentation from cspell config. There doesn't seem to and in general shouldn't be a reason to ignore large parts of textual related contents from getting linted regarding spelling errors.
