Explanation

• Checks if steamtools is installed (asks to download it if not)
• Checks if millennium is installed (downloads after 5secs if not)
• Downloads the plugin (default is luatools)
• Automatically toggles the plugin for next startup
• Clears steam beta if existing (Unless steamtools doesn't work)
• Turns off millennium auto-updates to fix a missmatch with steamtools+millennium
• Restarts steam and done!
