What this PR does
We found some CourseDataUpdateWorker without sidekiq-status Sentry logs. The only extra argument they have is the job id, which is not pretty useful to understand why this happens. This PR adds queue and course_id to the Sentry log.
The only real commit from this PR is a8c1ffd.
Once #6790 is merged I should update this.
