Updated the Arabic translation to reflect the current workflow and instructions for contributing to the project.

Hi @viki-eng, i reviewed your changes you've made the README.md more shorter and not aligned to other language files...

Refer ENGLISH_README.md

And make changes which the specific language's README need to align with the context and the styles to the one cited for reference...
