The existing delicate-situations workflow (draft → call → adjust → send) doesn't cover what to do when the call can't happen. Adds a short "When You Can't Reach the Other Person" section so readers know not to stay blocked, with a good-example snippet noting the attempted call at the top of the draft before sending.
