Fixed minor issues:

  1. The calcium simulation script was modified to allow simulation on neuron models with no axon
  2. Removed a line from the NEURON code that can cause issues on some systems.

Note: We use underscore(_) instead of period(.) for version naming because UG4 does not accept file names with a period in them.
