Better formatting for readme

Just some simple formatting for the README file. It should look nicer now especially for the requirements section.

Is it normal that Jays2Kings just suddenly disappeared? It does not seem that he's anywhere available at the moment, almost feels like the project is cancelled and slowly becoming outdated.
As for me, I'm currently having an issue since DS4Windows is down, could you please give me your folder so that I can install it offline? The installer cannot get files since the website is down and it'll be for quite a long time it seems.

Hi, I'm actually not very familiar with DS4Windows and Jays2Kings (just had a try yesterday and no good). I saw on reddit that InputMapper is a good alternative for DS4Windows, but I haven't tried that personally.

Also, since I was just trying yesterday and didn't install the driver successfully. I'm afraid I cannot help you for the driver issue.
