Standardizes Sure-AIO image tags around the pinned upstream version, adds a release-driven git-cliff workflow, fixes generated changelog spacing, and adds repository guidance for future Codex work. Normal merges to main continue publishing packages, while formal changelogs and GitHub Releases now flow through an intentional release PR process using versions like v0.6.8-aio.1.
