The model comparison tutorial is not done yet. we could leave it out for the moment.

In this PR, I write two jupyter notebooks which substitute the (until now) empty sections of the docs: Constraining parameters and Model comparison. The plan is to exemplify how to use the infrastructure from basic exploratory "fitting" tasks to expensive and complex model comparisons.
