- Widen symfony/css-selector and symfony/phpunit-bridge constraints to include ^8.0
- Add PHP 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 to CI matrix
- Add Symfony 8.0.* to CI matrix with appropriate excludes (requires PHP 8.2+)
