This is the first step to make the project well documented.
In this PR, I'm going to add missing javadoc and
@sinceannotation for all packets, packet fields' javadoc will be in another pr once this one get merged since I don't want to make the PR too difficult to be reviewed. Gophertunnel is used as a reference and thanks for their great works!
