Fix: Restored previous project links and re-added Navigation Menu Bar Animation

Restored previously removed project links accidentally deleted during conflict resolution.
- Added Navigation Menu Bar Animation entry correctly.
- Verified all existing project links remain intact.
- Requesting maintainer review again after resolving the issue.
