1. 您好，我在进行summary时，条件分析结果导不出来，出现如下报错：Error in Individual Score Test cond(as.matrix(Geno[, kl, ncol = 1), Siqma ixecution halted matrix multiplication: problem with matrix inverse; suggest to use solve() instead

2. 我怀疑可能是因为known_loci_info没有pruning, 但是在我进行pruning这部时，遇到下列报错：Error in seqOpen(agds.path, allow.duplicate = TRUE, allow.fork = TRUE) : unused argument (allow.fork = TRUE)

Thanks for reaching out. As a test run, could you please run the conditional analysis in the summary step using a short list for known_loci? The rationale is that if you can prune the variant list by yourself, you can also use it for conditional analysis in STAARpipelineSummary.
