Comments: Bulk editing

At the moment post-types cannot be managed in bulk but in a one-by-one basis, but the user would like to have the ability ( or see some sort of button ) in order to empty all their comments marked as spam in one go, without having to go one by one.

Confirmed this is not currently possible on iOS. On Android, a long-press is used to select items which can then be dealt with in bulk.

@ScoutHarris @dvdchr bulk editing would be nice to consider for Unified Comments, if you don't already have a plan for it.

Just adding a note since we've changed the Spam behavior a bit with Unified Comments.

When the feature is released, Spam comments can either be Trashed or permanently deleted. So for this request we may want to consider:

• A way to bulk delete Spam comments.
• A way to bulk trash Spam comments.
• And it seems reasonable to bulk delete Trash comments as well.
