Test folder addition

The ability to set a testPath
for test programs, that will be put the compiled test programs in the "out/testPath//" folders

I know this is a bit old, but should be doable.
A few challenges I can see with it include getting require and package.preload to work on vanilla Lua, as it only seems to work in-game, and properly simulating NQ's methods when running tests, we need at least a few stubs otherwise it will incorrectly fail.
