no heading on top of index.md file

The index.md file generated inside pages/v5.x doesnt have heading at the top, therefore it is getting ignored by the doc-kit and no html file is being generated for index.md

i think we should also implement some kinda of warning or acknowledgment for this case at doc-kit side for better DevEx
