It would be really useful to add PWA for Chrome/Android devices in order to use it as an app.

I'm using Android 16 on a Galaxy S23, and with Memos 0.26.2, I can install and use the PWA app through Chrome without any issues.

Could you share more details about your environment?

I'm using Android 16 on Samsung S25 Ultra with Memos stable docker image self-hosted. If i try to add Memos to homepage with Chrome, it only show option to add as a bookmark with no proprietary icon. If I try to add to homepage with Firefox, it allows me to add it as a bookmark with his favicon. How did you manage to install pwa?

In my case, when I accessed Memos in Chrome, a PWA installation popup appeared. If the popup doesn't appear, clicking Chrome's three-dot menu and pressing 'Add to Home Screen' also works to install the PWA.

I recommend updating Chrome or Memos to the latest version.
