BREAK key does not work

There was no INPUT routine running when I tested it.
Just something like 10 PRINT"HELLO World" and 20 GOTO 10.

it took me a while to understand Atari's interrupt system, and most of my testing has only been done on real hardware (in RAM), or various versions of atari800 compiled for MacOS. so it's possible it might not work in some emulators.
