When I installed the primerserver, the database can't correct show.
the Requirements as follow:
centos： Linux localhost.localdomain 3.10.0-957.5.1.el7.x86_64
PHP 5.4.16
This is perl 5, version 26, subversion 2 (v5.26.2)
This is primer3 (libprimer3 release 2.4.0)
samtools Version: 1.9 (using htslib 1.9)
Nucleotide-Nucleotide BLAST 2.2.31+
the config.ini:
; The directory where genome databases are located
database = "/home/zengqd/software/apache-tomcat/webapps/PrimerServer/test_data/"
