Fix navigation menus for sm and md screen sizes

Describe the bug
Connection Form and Contact Form is in the top of navigation items when on screen size sm to md.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Dev tools'
2. Select mobile device and expand hamburger

Expected behavior
Connection Form and Contact Form should be at the bottom of the menus.
