No Effects

With the new version of the theme, it seems some effects are gone:

The issue has been fixed with the last commit. What exactly is the problem with the missing effects? What's missing? Try using the sidebar that can be activated.

There is no mica effect on the menus anymore, thats what i mean

I am experiencing the same. The plugin loads, I get a complaint in the standard log about it not having the compiled stuff that was removed in January.

I've tried downgrading to M 2.17.2, which was a challenge as it auto updates, but it did not function in that either when I got it to run without updating.

I've also tried older commits including when it still had that folder, but no different result.

My layman's guess is that some library got updated. Or maybe it is Steam being troublesome.

Ah I should have realized this earlier, but using DWM Unextend Frames via Windhawk was causing it to not work. I use it so I can get rid of the grey border that is forced on top of windows in W11. Maybe OP is using the same?

EDIT: Although I see that the latest version of DWMX only seems to work for main Steam window. The one from January I mentioned seems to work on everything but the Millennium settings window.

Also, both seem to only function when OS is set to dark mode. Having a transparent background when in Light mode just produces a solid rgb(32, 32, 32) when running DWMX (black w/o).
