[Very minor] incorrect link on Wiki sidebar
There is a very minor issue on the sidebar for this projects Wiki. The sidebar was formatted incorrectly, /Wiki/ does not appear in the main link, instead it is the project name, following behind the name for the Wiki template (/MEDOS/) this is a very minor issue that needs to be fixed. I just don't feel like doing it today/
