does not post new issue creation

this was the central feature i was looking for. it only updates once you add a comment, and then it will update again once you change the status. it wont update in discord if you create a new issue and set status, only if you comment first.

just noticed, if i create an issue and just put a single character in the description field, it will push to discord, which is great. 👍
