Support Ubuntu 25.10 "questing"

Hi, I was fooled by this page announcing the 3.4 ubuntu "questing" release. I thought support landed, I did the Ubuntu 25.10 update and am now stuck with either :

• a wayland regolith that launches but where the keyboard is inactive
• a xorg regolith that cannot go past the login screen.

It's partly my fault since there is a "TBA" mentioned, but I believe it could be written more clearly at the top ":warning: this version is unreleased on the PPA".

Now that I'm stuck using Gnome, I'm losing a lot of time compared to regolith so tell me if I can help in some way to make the 3.4 version a reality :)

I tried this but for Ubuntu.

It did trigger updates with apt update && apt upgrade, but the problems described above persist.

Update : I'm writing this from a sway regolith session. In fact, the keyboard was working, it's just the windows+space that is gone.

I was able to launch firefox through the terminal after a windows+enter.

Now using Ulauncher to replace the launcher, it works. I'm getting a very short session sleep delay though.

Ulauncher works, but I cannot trigger its "ulauncher-toggle" with my keyboard, only with the terminal.

Tried the default ctrl+space, windows+space, but also alt-tab.
Nothing works.

I guess it's the same problem for regolith's launcher.

What I don't understand is that all shortcuts like windows+enter or shift-windows-q do work...

OK, I just purged everything and reinstalled everything. X still does not get past the login screen and then breaks the keyboard until reboot. But sway now works !
I just had to rewrite my French keyboard overrides to ~/.config/regolith3/sway/config.d/french. Else moving accross workspaces with numbers would not work.
