No notification when regolith-rofication installed

• I've run a search on the existing bug reports to make sure I'm not filing a duplicate (you can use the search box at the top left corner)
• I've read the Regolith documentation and didn't find any relevant topic

Describe the bug
By default, regolith installs regolith-rofication, but I don't get notifications (e.g. Slack). When I uninstall regolith-rofication and install e.g. dunst, I get notifications (but ugly ones). When I install again regolith-rofication, no more notifications.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Uninstall regolith-rofication

Expected behavior
I should be able to see the notifications.

Installation Details

• Regolith Install Stage: stable
• Regolith Version: 3.2
• Host OS: Ubuntu 24.04
