Audio tracks and video tracks no longer selectable

The latest media3 update seems to have changed the ID system for tracks (Format). I think the IDs are no longer populated? (Everything is :0)

This prevents the internal player from being able to select the correct audio track or video track (resolution).

Downgrade might be required unless we can figure out this issue quickly.

I am looking into this. Hopefully can have something today otherwise we could downgrade.

I found fix, works even more reliably then originally. I can't push immediately, but will within a couple hours.

Hmm.... on second thought I also found a crash exception that will be fixed in next release (androidx/media@d5f9971) but not 1.10.0, we maybe should just revert for now?
