Hosting my play1 app ... help

Hi there!

First of all, many thanks to the devs for still maintaining Play1! I am a solo entrepreneur and have created a bit of a monster app over the course of 12 years, so very grateful that I don't need to recode my entire repo because of outdated libraries!

Question: because sysops is not really my thing, and because I focus mainly on building my product and not maintaining a server, I use heroku to deploy my app. Im running on one 2x web dyno, and one 2x worker dyno (memory usage on average around 550mb).

However, the heroku bill is killing me. But I love the fact that I just push to github, and poof my app is built and deployed.

Does anyone recommend any other hosting solutions where I dont have to tinker with nginx ect and that will lower my monthly cost?

Don't know if it will be cheaper, but we've been hosting our Play1 apps on Clevercloud for over a decade. It's also a Paas like Heroku, with push to Github to deploy if you want. We're very happy with them because their support is good and they don't mind doing the odd custom config where necessary.
