can't find my smart power plug on network

After I successfully uploaded firmware I manage to connect on it with my laptop and I have setup wifi ssid and password but, after that I can not find it on my network and I have both 2,4 and 5Ghz. After that I connected it to 2.4 Ghz only and it was the same. BK7231N

You might get the information about the IP of your plug from your router/DHCP server.

If you use Linux you might also try to find the device with this simple script (modify network and DHCP range to fit your local network)

It will scan for live devices and try to request the status page from them.

I have advanced IP scanner on windows and it can not find IP

Give that a try and also check if you device is maybe still in safe mode (2.4GHz network only)

If you don't find the IP, did you tried again to verify SSID and password?
I'm not sure if BK7231N has problems maybe with WPA3, if you have that enabled?
If everything fails you might need to check serial log to get some more messages during connection.
Or does your AP maybe provide some more detailed logging from association / authentication attempts?

thank you I used GUI flasing tool and all was ok.
Yes I checked SSID and paswword many times.
Where I can find serial log? Do I need to connect on TTY again?

Yes, unfortunately to get the serial logs you need to connect TTY again, but logs are not on the UART used for flashing but on TX2 iirc.

that is bad, because I already glued power plug together. Is there any other option?
i can reset it and connect again over laptop to it.

Any chance to e.g. test general function by connecting to another AP (e.g. mobile phones hotspot or config your PC as hotspot) to see if it works at all?

Yes this worked, power plug gets IP and I can open it on my phone.
After that I scan wifis and see that my home SSID is capital letters so I put my SSID with capital letters and now it works I get IP and can open web page
