Turns off during power saving.

When power saving mode enabled( issue only with limit apps on home screen).
Circle to search turns off. That is fine but when you disable power saving mode service doesn't enable automatically. You gotta got to accessibility settings and enable it manually everytime.
Make it so that when power saving mode turns off service enables automatically.
