Is this a bug? widgets no longer have border

I noticed my centered_float dap widget no longer has a border.

ui.centered_float(ui.scopes, { number = true, wrap = false, width = 999 })

The issue starts on this commit: 205b5e6

vim.fn.exists('&winborder') == 1 is always 1
while vim.o.winborder is ""

You have to set a value to winborder if you want to have a border. vim.fn.exists('&winborder') == 1 is for compatibility with older neovim versions, it verifies that the setting exists. There's intentionally no default solid border anymore.

Only problem is, winborder is a global option. I have no intention to use it because it breaks other floating windows for me (for example it breaks coc.nvim issue). Can't we use win_opts to add a border only to the widgets?

Oh sorry, I think passing {border = "single"} works!
