freshclam and clamav should be integrated and possibly running on a cron. There are currently no e-mails being sent out so, freshclam and clamav should be configured to automatically send warning e-mails when matches are found / quarantined etc. The SMTP information should use SendGrid which can use an API key for password and the username apikey.
