Beta 2: It's coming, and for real this time. With UEFI too.

So, thanks to the efforts of two contributors, specifically @h4rldev and @FaultyFaulty-glitch, Windows 7 SP2 Beta 2 is actually getting finished.

The reason I haven't been able to push anything so far is because well, not only has my mental health been declining for a long time, but my laptop has also recently died so best I can do is hand over development to them until further notice.

An important thing will happen to how future ISOs will be structured. One will be for Legacy BIOS, one for UEFI with CSM enabled and one for UEFI Class 3. The TPM 2.0 update and the UEFI patch don't play well with each other and the TPM 2.0 update also sacrifices support for Legacy BIOS, so we split it into 3 different ISOs.
