It may be due to one of the two common error.

1. Did you use the matconvnet I included in this repos?
   The original initialization for bnorm is wrong. Please use the
   https://github.com/layumi/Pedestrian_Alignment/blob/master/matlab/%2Bdagnn/%40DagNN/initParams.m

2. Did you change the network structure?
   Please check the input channel and output channel of Conv layers.
