Is it possible to enable user interaction during transition?

Either one them:

1. During transition, make it possible to manipulate the transition, as seen at 09:30 of Apples WWDC talk: https://developer.apple.com/videos/play/wwdc2018/803/

2. While a modal view is being presented, make it possible to interact with the view controller, e.g, if there is a scrollview, you should be able to scroll it during the transition. Otherwise, there is a small annoying delay, and you get the feeling the app is unresponsive during transition.
