目前higress处于发展中，插件文档官方更新不及时，并且官方文档地址结构也再不断变化，网上关于higress插件使用的文档较少，希望插件打包的时候能够将插件的readme文档一起打包，插件安装后可以直接在ui上查看readme使用文档，不用再到处寻找，而且和插件版本也是绑定的，另外目前插件都是发布到官方的仓库，需要经过提交和审核，开放第三方插件到插件市场，只需简单的提交插件地址，仓库和说明即可，让用户能够知道有哪些其他插件可以使用，选择权在用户上，可以帮助插件快速发展
