Update README with honest positioning

Replace 'radically affordable' pitch with clearer differentiation:
- Not trying to beat Cursor/Copilot, trying to be different
- Transparent (read and fix the code when it breaks)
- Hackable (it's just Go, change what you want)
- Model agnostic (switch LLMs in 2 minutes)
- Honest (55% E2E pass rate, not marketing fluff)
- Affordable (-zsh-5/month vs -30/month)

Tagline: 'Not better. Different. Yours.'
