Bug description
When running GLPI from the official docker image, PING or FPING are not available.
IP Adressing plugin is not realy usefull without that tool.

Could it be possible to add fping in the official docker image ?

Steps To reproduce

1. Setup GLPI using the official docker image
2. Install "IP Adressing" plugin
3. ping a know existing IP
4. get a "Ping: no response - free IP"
5. run "apt update && apt install fping" in docker container
6. get a "Ping: got a response - used IP"
